Our Staff Members
Bynage Teambuilding utilises carefully selected facilitators who not only understand Quality Service but they also know how to dish out fun to ensure that your business truly meets up with pleasure. All our facilitators are trained in basic first Aid to ensuresafety of participants at all times. Each Event that we facilitate is planned and executed to the highest of standards. All Our programs are based on experiential learning model, we believe experience is the best teacher.

Bynage Teambuilding Activities
Our games and events range from leisure, bush experiences, high energy field events designed to give your team an escape from the daily office grind to indoor, low energy demanding bonding exercises etc. Our Activities are suitable for all groups regardless of sizes. We are always creating exciting games, challenges and designing programs that will give your team the ultimate retreat for regrouping and recharging.
Mini Olympiads
Teams compete in different fun and engaging field Events. These engaging games are designed to encourage team communication, collaboration and to enhance bonding. Activities mix will be designed according to client needs and space available.
Safari Excursions
Allow your team to retreat and regroup whilst they make a connection with nature. For Safari Excursion Team Building Activities, Bynage Teambuilding throws into the mix Safari Treasure/Scavenger Hunts and fun activities to encourage team collaboration. Our Venues for this event also offer game drives and up and close animal interactions. Think about lion interactions, cheetah interactions, Aviary Shows, river safaris etc.

Fun Evenings/Team Nights
Take your team out on a fun night, Bynage Teambuilding will design a programme for you based on your needs; Activities on a fun night out include Boma evening, comedy night, murder mystery to name a few. Our Consultant will help you pick activities that complement identified needs. Treat yourself to a unique African experience (cultural experience) with a buffet dinner under the stars. Bynage Cook Off
In this Activity, Teams compete against each other in replicating a dish as presented by our chef of Choice. Our Strict judges will score this dish for creativity, taste, presentation and also Team work. There are numerous twists of this Activity depending on budgets, location and size of teams.
Indoor Activities
Never the one to disappoint, these low energy demanding activities that we offer include minute to win it challenges, dance offs, sing offs etc. Our Consultant will assist you to come up with an activity mix that will encourage development of skills and team aspects as per your needs.
Soft Skills Workshops
Let us host and facilitate a soft skills workshop for you to address soft skills of your choice. Bynage Teambuilding will design a tailor made workshop for you to be run from your offices, venue of your choice or our recommended partner venues. All our workshops are extremely hands on and will leave your team more relaxed and confident about their team roles. Examples of our Teambuilding workshops include Strategic Planning workshops, Personal Branding Workshops and Soft Skills Training Workshops.
Adventure Weekends
This physically demanding activity challenges participants as they do high ropes, wall climbing, zip lining. Etc. Let your team get sweaty and dirty as they compete to go through an obstacle course and exhilarating activities to get adrenaline pumping.
Amazing Race
This fun and engaging activity gives teams an opportunity to explore the city whilst completing engaging and fun activities. Teams need to out-wit, out-smart, out-pace their competitors on a predetermined Polokwane City Route whilst completing challenges and pit-stops. The opening ceremony will spark the competitive spirit and will determine which teams begin first. Various challenges and bonus missions will ensure that speed is not the deciding factor as you navigate your way through the CBD in search of our checkpoints to collect clues.
Corporate Survivor
Inspired by the survivor Challenge, corporate survivor challenges individuals and teams in a bid to outlast the other tribe. Teams create team chants, identity and strategize on how to beat their opponents in an effort to become ultimate corporate survivors. Faced with a variety of physical and mental challenges, the tribes must compete against each other to earn immunity idols. These Idols are like gold and can be the difference between winning and losing. Watch as teamwork, communication, strategies and trust is built in your teams.
Video Making Challenge
Teams will be assisted by professional videographers to plan, shoot and edit videos according to a brief provided. Watch as hidden acting talents, creativity and planning talents get unearthed in this fun filled challenge.
